Before speaking or posting, ask:

• Is this clear?

• Is this necessary?

• Is this aligned with my values?

If yes share, speak, organize, and take up space ! The most effective communicators prepare intentionally, speak with clarity, and listen deeply. Communication is not about control. It’s about connection.
